Artist Comment: This is one of two compositions at the start of 2026. They are much more free form and crowded with figures, obviously. I'm not sure yet how this will turn out in the oil painting phase. It will be an exercise in simplifying and washing everything with a moody tone. It's also just an exercise in figure and fabric painting. The more practice, the better.
