Description: Angels, satyrs, and a few demons have congregated on an earthly lawn. The cupids are supplying the wine, because they are the mysterious flying facilitators of fucking and having fun. While many angels came to the party with masks, they are mostly now abandoned on the grass.

Artist Comment: I was trying all sorts of things in this painting. I had conceived of mature angel women wearing ball gowns vs. younger angels wearing skirts, for some reason. I wanted to practice rendering fabric. I also had a photo of a garden area, (the Wrest Park Gardens in Bedfordshire, England), which I fancied having a go at. This painting is the result. The businessman on the bridge is an administrator of the matrix with his wife. He is consternated by the black cat, which is crossing the bridge and doing things it shouldn't.
