Description: A young woman catches her boyfriend Anders flirting the prima ballerina, when he and a friend barge into the girl's dressing room after the performance. A girl on the right waves to her own boyfriend (the other two in the foursome). Another girl is not happy about the male intrusion.

Artist Comment: Here I just wanted to try the Zorn palette, which is ivory black, lead white, vermilion (replaced with cad red) and yellow ochre (four colors). I could not resist adding dashes of my signature gold halos and accents, however. Thus the symbolism of Anders flirting with a girl outside the foursome, who is symbolic of the metallic gold I cheated with. Note this is also a "double face" painting, with a sensual nude on the back (scroll further down this page), which continues the story.
