Double Agent At The Demon Club
Description: Two young angels look to score some drugs from the hostess at the Demon Club. A double agent looks on disapprovingly.

Artist Comment: In the second half of 2025 I began to allow "shadow" images into my paintings, whereas previously they were banned. It turns out that paintings with no dark in them are less interesting on multiple levels. So there is a question in this painting of where to draw the line. I am also using symbolism of clothing colors to indicate where angel characters stand. I adopted the current fashion trend of black-toed shoes to indicate angels who are dipping their toes in the dark side. The figure of the double agent is one of inner conflict, especially when an instance arises when they can act, or do nothing. The title of original drawing composition was "Scoring E From The Demons". I determined this comp was not worth painting, until I thought of adding the figure of the agent angel.
