At The Blue Cafe With Kate and Bacon
Description: Two fashionable young women stride confidently past a shadowed Purgatory where Francis Bacon and Kate Spade sit in a sort of zombified angst.

Artist Comment: I spotted this cafe in a Paris VLog, with the two young woman walking in front of it. I greatly simplified the scene and inserted some figures of Bacon and Kate Spade, which had meaning to me at the time. There are themes of growing old, becoming irrelevant, and of bloody chopped meat in the context of glamour.
